Great company to work with for all property needs! The company deals with rentals, HOAs, and sales.
This company has been in business for over 50 years managing thousands of single-family homes as well as Condo and HOA Associations. With that, the only rating is a man complaining about gutter cleaning. Unfortunately, people think if they do not see the gutter cleaner (if they are not home) they don't think it is done. This company uses contractors that charge for work that is not completed. This happened to us more than once with supposed gutter cleaning. If your live out of town do not use this company if you can not verfiy that work you have been charged for has been completed. And do not expect a refund from the contractor that did not do the work they charged for or for ERA to help you get your money back because they do not care.
