Had Jennifer Huber do a home assessment on my house. She didn’t compare anything that sold by my house, relative in size, or acreage. When I asked her about how she came to the price she was very rude and didn’t answer my questions except to say. “I already submitted it” I can’t change it now
I highly recommend Robin Edmunds at NW professional Realty. She was very helpful and answered all my questions, which I had a lot as a first time home buyer! She was easy to talk to and sent me tons of listings that were just what my husband and I were looking for. If you're looking for a house in the molalla area I'd definitely give her a call!!
