Worst experience starting with the nurse
The centralized scheduling department leaves a lot to be desired. The operators leave you on hold for 45 minutes waiting for you to hang up. Appointments are rescheduled without your knowledge or consent. They will do anything to cover their lies. I am embarrassed that I recommended this place to my loved one.
Notice the multiple signs which say "now open"? Well, it's 9:31 and they open at 8:00. The door was locked. The receptionist came and opened the door like "can I help you?" Um....yeah....I didn't come here to hang out. She said they are open for scheduling and questions, but they don't have a provider. I would say it was a complete waste of time to go there except that the walk from the parking lot provided brief exercise.
