I was a patient at this office for several years and had no issue. There were staff changes at the beginning of this year, and the office has been chaotic and unreliable ever since. I saw Dr. Brenza twice in the past six months for Rx checkup/refill appointments. Both times he assured me that the Rx was sent to my pharmacy. Both times it took a week or more to actually get the office to send the RX, even with my pharmacy requesting it from them. My appointment was at 11:30 I was behind due to it taking me a few mins to exit my vehicle and to get inside due to pain which set me landing In their office at 11:38pm I was told I had a 10 min leniency which I had 2 mins until that mark. I was then told their system is showing different. So their clocks were set 4 mins ahead of the actual time. I was told I needed to reschedule, then I was told I had to wait until December. This place is a scam. Expect to be rushed through your visit and pay at least $250. My bills have come over 6 months after my visit and all been for multiple hundreds of dollars. I got a bill for a visit January 7th today, as part two of a bill from the same visit which came two months ago. Might as well just stay home as they cant ever do anything for you anyway. Paid $350 for a flu test.
