My primary doctor is Dr. Ouzts. He is a great guy and I really appreciate him. But I had a recent issue come up and I wasn’t able to get in with him; but was scheduled with nurse practitioner by the name of Patricia. Due to the issue that I had, I was a little embarrassed to have to explain what was going on. She put me at ease and was just a delight to talk to. Even got the assistant who checked my vitals got a good laugh with me. Everyone in this office is amazing and I’ve never had an issue. Thank you.
I have had an appointment on the calendar with Dr. Debbie Hanks at this office for over 6 months as a new patient. My appointment is a week away and I get a phone call saying the doctor is not taking new patients. WHAT!!!!!! I have a prescription that is going to run out without bloodwork. The Np Patricia just wants to order referrals for every problem you have. Its pointless to have a primary care physician anymore. They will never treat you for your problems they only refer you out to others.
