Dr. Allert is amazing!!!!
I cannot recommend this place. They do not check for missed calls when they’re on lunch or when they’re on break. The voicemail system does not work because they’re in some kind of transition so you can leave multiple messages and no one calls back. I went out of my way to walk over there and talk to the front desk to find out what was going on. All I got back was a bunch of excuses (ww we’re in training, we were at lunch, we were on holiday, our voice mail system is having issues) and suggested that I should’ve texted if I ... read more
April made my paperwork and insurance processing very easy...Mercedes was very kind and efficient. Karen showed me a few processes that were extremely educational, and Devon was bright and cheerful while being professional and creating my upcoming action plans. Michelle was kind as well. Kelly was very helpful, too. The office was bright and chic. I also really like the location. Dining and shopping nearby.
I am a very anxious dental patient. Dr. Allert did a great job of making me feel extremely comfortable in the office. The office was crisp and clean. Everyone was friendly and I will definitely be returning in the future.
