I moved to this community with my mom seven years ago, and later on, I had two kids. During that time, I never had a manager as kind and understanding as Chelsie Lee. She’s always been so helpful, friendly, and treats everyone like family. She’s not like any other manager, she truly cares. No adult supervision, so basically, the kids are left alone to litter, destroy property, steal(theft is really bad here), and cause such chaos. It's so sad to see this. And it's scary and dangerous not to have any supervision. Trash everywhere every day!!!
I've lived here for 7 years and survived many Apt managers. Rates are good but section 42 is income restricted. 3 and 4 bedroom, 2 story townhouses are pretty huge! Central air and all that good stuff. Lots of kids, can get loud. Extremely diverse community. After reading many past reviews it seems worth mentioning... yes Colleen was very kind and hands on and worked the longest hours I've witnessed. This place always has the worst management. And the owners are no better. Our apartment has so many little things wrong with it when we moved in. We got tired of having the maintenance people in and out of our house all the time so we just let it go. There’s no way they weren’t aware that all these things were broken or filthy. I have lived in section 42 properties but none that are this poorly maintained
