If i could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. I called them for a plumbing issue but they are very rude and unprofessional. All i tried to do was try to make sure they can give some type of results even if it is temporary but they walked away before doing any work when i tried to call the office to just make sure we have an understanding about the service she said they are leaving.
Great service
The only star is for the kind woman who answered the phone. This company has handled our water heater replacement with profound ineptitude. 2 months and 3 site visits later, our hot water has been completely disconnected and our showers are non-functional. We understand mistakes happen, but there has been a clear pattern of incompetence and generalized apathy. No effort has been made to take responsibility for their mistakes and rectify the situation in a timely manner.
I would recommend looking elsewhere for your plumbing needs. They have been inefficient, rude, and literally took away our hot water. We have been working with this company for 6 weeks to get a new water heater. We noticed a leak, and 2 weeks after reaching out we did have a nice technician come out. He said we needed a new water heater STAT to avoid damage. I got a quote from the company afterwards, but it was not itemized.
