I had a great experience with NW Plumbing connection converting our old galvanized plumbing into pex, plumbing in our fridge water line, and grading our drain line to improve flow. Steve and Makai were extremely friendly, professional, and fast! They did our full job in two days, with minimal cutting (the cutting they did do was well done without breaking up the drywall into pieces), and we have enjoyed excellent water pressure and peace of mind knowing that the plumbing in our older house (1939) is no longer an issue. If i could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. I called them for a plumbing issue but they are very rude and unprofessional. All i tried to do was try to make sure they can give some type of results even if it is temporary but they walked away before doing any work when i tried to call the office to just make sure we have an understanding about the service she said they are leaving.
