I needed a pump to get water to my cabin, the "counter guy" (sorry I didn't get his name) I talked to on the phone looked up options that matched my current pump and told me what he had in stock. Later when I came to the store he went over every detail with me and discovered that the pump he had originally suggested was not appropriate, but he found another and even negotiated a price lower than the first one with someone in the office. Took my money elsewhere, the arrogance of the guy that I talked with was over the top. Not helpful at all. I try to spend my money local. The lady that answered the phone was very nice though.
