I stopped here on a whim to try and fix something with some black pipe. They staff wasn’t only kind and helpful, they even checked out my jeep and came up with a better solution than what I had in mind. I know this is unrelated to plumbing haha. The point is they went above and beyond with kindness and care. Incredible business.

I needed a pump to get water to my cabin, the "counter guy" (sorry I didn't get his name) I talked to on the phone looked up options that matched my current pump and told me what he had in stock. Later when I came to the store he went over every detail with me and discovered that the pump he had originally suggested was not appropriate, but he found another and even negotiated a price lower than the first one with someone in the office.
