After working with them for 32 years, I have purchased plumbing fixtures, whole-house plumbing (including drain-field and so forth), sump pumps, water heaters, etc. You can't find a nicer group of people always willing to take the extra time to help and/or explain. If you compare apples to apples, you will find their pricing is extremely competitive. I would pay extra for materials just to have their skill, knowledge and help. Thanks all!
