Russel and the team were so kind and helpful. I went in with a complex issue that has plagued me for years stemming from various muscle imbalances. Russel fixed the initial pain quickly then patiently tracked down each imbalance so it wouldn’t reoccur!
Nicole has provided me with such skillful and nuanced care. I have a number of highly complex medical conditions that are difficult to treat, especially when they compound each other. She has made significant improvements to my quality of life and to how I approach my own physical wellbeing. If you have complex medical problems or pain that just keeps cycling back, seek her or anyone in the team out. Everyone there knows their stuff so I cannot possibly speak highly enough about them.
I had a torn calf and saw Nicole for treatment. She was incredibly kind and took a truly holistic approach, understanding not just the injury but also the specific demands of kendo. Her expertise, care, and insight made a huge difference in my recovery. Highly recommend!
