Having been a runner for 30 years plus, never in my experience have I experienced treatment with immediate impact. In the past I have been to traditional therapies that have had minimal impact on my body and high impact on my wallet. This is a different approach and so it should be for such a transformative impact on my body. I simply cannot recommend Graham and his team’s approach highly enough.
Excellent practice. From the reception staff to practitioners I can’t speak too highly of my experience. Russell’s treatment has made a huge difference, and has exceeded my expectations. The hands on approach is tailored to the individual, with explanation and feedback throughout. Treatment options and costs were discussed- there were no surprises.
Russell’s online ‘Subscapularis-The Hidden Source Of Pain’ article, is what led me to completely overcome a Frozen Shoulder in just a few months. The posture that I needed to correct (from sitting poorly at a computer all day), Russell’s prescribed exercises & manual therapy, as well as separate daily group fitness body pump exercises at the local gym, worked wonders!!
I have suffered for many years with pain in my hand/wrists and ankles, only managed by taking pain killers. I was highly recommended to Graham as he provided a 'holistic' approach to Physio by focusing on assessing the whole body and its indirect contribution or cause of your condition. Really good, thorough physio. They take their time to really work through your issues, which means that it takes longer, but the results are hard to argue with. I've had issues that several previous physios couldn't really progress, but after some time with Graham I'm seeing real improvements. Definitely recommend, especially if you have longer term issues that you haven't been able to overcome.
