After more than 10 attempts and making them listen and even having signed documents from insurance companies. They still wont submit my Bill's. Now on to the insurance commissioner of WA state!
Hi My experience with NPN has been you have fight for basic services. Especially for nurse case management. The Director of Nurse case management is very rude and uncompassonate lack of care for patients who have disabilities and if you try to ask a question she states your arguing with her. No better is her subordinate Mary Beling she is the same and if she does return your call. I strongly believe these two people should be fired but again whole NPN probably this way starts probably from the top down. I would rate them 0 i... read more
