Wow, Dr. Arismendez and nurse Raven are amazing. Doc actually listens to you and they keep you informed. I have my faith in doctors restored. I am counting on these 2 wonderful people to help me continuing aging well. Front reception folks kind also. Northwest got it right with this group!! Thanks Doc and staff from the crazy old woman Sarah.
Dr. Shyla Arismendez and her RN Raven are a fantastic Primary Care Physician combination. Exams are very comprehensive and treatments have always been correct for fast recovery's. They both treat patients with honesty, respect, teamwork and Raven is especially good at administering injections / blood draws that are almost completely painless. They devote the time to find the correct diagnosis and eliminate come backs. Their job is challenging but they show compassion and care in the most stressful at times situations. Thank ... read more

They dont actually accept walk-ins, despite the website saying otherwise.
The one receptionist was not going to let me get my lab work yesterday because I had no appointment. I was told by Dr.Rossi had told me to come in and get my labs done. The lab person was not there Tuesday when I had my appointment . The other receptionist helped so I could get my labs done. The lab tech and the nurse seemed like it was too much trouble to do my labs and they weren't busy
