RecommendedI have been so impressed that Patrick went to the root cause of my pain, versus a short term fix. Pat is working on my neck and has given me exercises I can do at home to maintain progress and prevent pain in the future. Thanks, Pat and staff.
While the therapy I received was adequate their billing office is a nightmare. I overpaid my bill and called them in December to get a refund. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks. It’s now been a month. Called again today and was told now it would take until the end of this month. You send out bills on time you should also be able to process refunds in a timely manner. Shame on you.

RecommendedI went to the Sedro-Woolley branch for several months following a serious car accident. The compassion from Dan and the entire staff was incredible as was the help navigating a difficult recovery. Almost two years out not only have I recovered well, I’ve used what I learned to achieve the best health and fitness of my adult life. Deeply grateful.
Pat was a wonderful therapist but admin and billing could not figure out my out-of-state insurance plan and when I got billed 2 months after my discharge and called to complain, I got told how they had "generously" helped me out by writing off my uncovered visits earlier... that was THEIR fault for not being authorized!! I confirmed this with my insurance. They could have been nice about this and kept a good client and gotten a good review, but they chose to be patronizing and rude, so now I can no longer recommend this busi... read more

RecommendedI go to the Burlington clinic and cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the service they provide. Brielle is amazing and all of the physical therapy assistants I have seen do an incredible job. Everyone here really cares about you and your ailment(s) and treats you with kindness- which unfortunately seems to be rare these days. Highly recommend! Thanks for the wonderful care, I truly appreciate it!
