Terrible customer service I tried to reach someone concerning a billing discrepancy I encountered in June of this year and the lady was very rude and did not help me at all they supposedly have 24 hr customer service !!! As far as I'm concerned their customer service and their pest control is shorty at best and will be looking very soon for a new provider !!! Screw you northwest pest
Since a new company acquired this business, it has gone downhill. Came for the first appointment, where we had a billing issue, and then never returned for subsequent treatments. The old business owner who retired was great and friendly and will be missed.
