I was very happy with Dr. Abreu and his support staff. Emily in reception was very nice and helpful. Alyssa was very gentle and patient when taking my dental x-rays. Dr. Abreu's exam was very thorough and he even found a separate problem that I wasn't aware of, which saved me from having a tooth extracted in the future.

Navigating the dental implant process can be scary but the staff at Northwest Periodontics and Dr Greising are awesome! Dr Greising does excellent work and takes time to answer all your questions. The level of care and kindness shown by Dr Greising and the staff make you feel so comfortable! I highly recommend them for anyone needing an implant.

I didn't even make it past the receptionist the oweners need to really screen and monitor the style and the emphatic charisma of there employees they hire cuz, it's not surrounded by just a pretty face It takes a lot for a person to make these calls to have someone behind the other line with an entitlement personality! I swear the conversation even lasted 10 seconds. Without me getting that perception from them!! I went from breaking a tooth for the first time to a dentist telling me my only option was dentures to walking through the doors at Northwest Periodontics and finding hope. Dr. Abreu and Olivia are amazing. The staff behind the counter are kind and personable, every interaction has been positive. I called Dr. Abreu after my procedure with a question, he got back to me less than an hour later. I am beyond happy, my mouth is healthy and I would recommend them to anyone needing help!

I highly recommend Dr. Tzanos and the entire Crystal Lake office! I recently needed to have gum grafting due to recession and Dr. Tzanos made me feel very comfortable. He thoroughly explained the entire process in great detail and although I was EXTREMELY nervous to have the procedure done, I was very relaxed and the grafting was done even quicker than anticipated. I highly recommend him and the whole friendly Crystal Lake office!
