Great office! It was clean, Dr was kind and knowledgeable, and all the team members were fantastic!
Be very careful if you happen to find yourself at this practice. Received a quote for a gum graft after being told they confirmed my benefits. Called and talked the quote through with their billing specialist to make sure I knew how much it would cost prior to proceeding.. Paid the day of the procedure. Several weeks later got a bill for a balance of $300, making the procedure 60% more than they quoted. I’ve had a great experience with North West Periodontics. Dr. Corning, his staff and the front office have treated me graciously and professionally during my treatment. I especially appreciate how ethical and committed to a positive outcome they have been during my challenging (not their fault) dental procedure.
Wanted to share my positive experience having an oral procedure by Dr. Hovey. Besides enjoying his periodontics expertise and skill in the procedure and results, the clinical and administrative staff at the clinic are all very professional. I was send to Dr. Hovey by my dentist with a written referral for a evaluation of one specific tooth, Dr. Hovey ordered a ct-scan of this singe tooth and then, to my surprise, he ordered another full mouth ct-scan (regardless of the double radiation and proof that ct-scans can cause cancer, see ‘JAMA Internal Study‘).
