Dr. Key is great. Her nurse (Sandy) on the other hand is beyond horrible. Although a nurse at a pediatric clinic, she never once smiled at my daughter or showed any kind of hospitality, courtesy or compassion, even when giving shots. She also always had a condescending tone when speaking to me, which I did not appreciate. My first negative experience came from day 1, when my daughter was made to wait over 30 minutes to be seen in a freezing exam room.
