We have been so incredibly happy with this pediatric office. I did a lot of research before choosing where to bring my children several years ago, and I am so thankful I chose them. Every time we come in, I feel heard. My two year old and six month old both go here to see Jeanna Padilla. She is so personable and both of my babies love her! We live 1hr away and the drive is worth it.
The staff at Northwest Pediatrics are all amazing. We absolutely love our pediatrician Jeanna Padilla! She’s personable, kind, knowledgeable and caring! So grateful we were referred to see her, by our nurses at Kootenai Birth Center!
My son has been going to this pediatrician for a while (8 months)and all kids have accidents were they cause bruises on themselves, but instead of just leaving it as is, his doctor went and called CPS. I do NOT recommend.
I absolutely love the physicians at Northwest Pediatrics, but their front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. I called to try to get sick appointments for my children for the next day and their response was "your best bet would be to go to Urgent Care". In these economic times, going to Urgent Care and paying the copay per child is ridiculous when I have established care with a pediatrician that has been seeing all of my kids since birth.
