Really disappointed with how the receptionist treated my husband. We called to inquire about our sick baby and she was extremely condescending to him and turned us away. Not sure if it was because it was close to closing time, but I would not feel comfortable nor safe having my baby cared for at this practice based on who they’ve hired so far.
The office staff is RUDE as can be!! The office staff and manager refused to see all 3 of my kids and discharged rhen for THEIR mistake!! Terrible terrible!!!
Our experience has always been peaceful, we have always felt heard, and our care has always been amazing! The front office is so welcoming and helpful! My child sees Dr. Marty Williams; his love and care for children is unmatched! We have seen other providers for same day sick appointments and have loved every nurse and provider we have seen! Figuring out which pediatrician to use for your first baby can feel overwhelming. We are SO grateful that we chose to go with NWP. We love all the staff from referral desk, front desk, nurses, and providers. We have had the best experience with both Marty and Jeanna. One thing that stood out to our family was that we had a concern, Jeanna got us in same day, and she let us talk past closing. I love that the providers put you first and really care for you and your family. We plan on all our babies being seen by this team!
