Great park with excellent facilities and beautiful scenery
We love hiking through the trails, perusing the animals, and taking in the serenity during the late afternoon. They always have activities for kids and families, including summer camps!
Lovely trails to explore with some fabulous views (specifically of Rainbow Reservoir). The dog park needs water and shade but otherwise the park is perfect for hiking, strolling, or visiting the nature center and animals.
A little disappointed that the museums and other buildings were not open on Sunday. We went for a picnic and were able to take a nice walk , play at playground with kids, and enjoy the animals. Just missed the buildings that were locked and closed on Sunday.
It's a good park to bring your children, there's fish in the pond, a barn with animals . I didn't see a restroom while I walked around though
