NWPPM is by far the worst property management company in the Corvallis area. I have live in the same apartment for 6 years, there were two other rental companies that managed the site for at least 4 years before NWPPM. It was a very nice place to live, but when NWPPM took over they stopped staffing the office, they don't even have anybody in town because they are based in Salem. I would give 0 stars if possible. We have been waiting for 12 weeks for them to fix issues with our heat. After sending out HVAC workers and an electrician, they declined to pay for any of the recommended repairs. Instead they told me to close all the heat vents in the main part of my house, and stop using space heaters. The bedrooms are sometimes 20 degrees colder than the rest of the house at night, so we tried to use space heaters to keep our children's bedroom warm. This company has a proven history of trying to frame innocent people to deny them housing due to their racism and also a proven history of attempting to intimidate whistle blowers with legal action for speaking the truth about them. Demanding 10k for not removing the twitter account that ends in NWPPM. They used the law firm Martinis & Hill in Salem to try to intimidate them in to silence with a cease and desist letter. Let me tell you why I am of the opinion that you should view Northwest Pacific Property Management as a racist disgusting company that you should avoid at all cost. My sister and her boyfriend applied there, they lied about her boyfriend's demeanor, I think it was because they thought he was a Muslim because he had an Arab name, they denied him housing because they said he had inappropriate demeanor to have human housing apparently. These people are toilets. I sued them and I won $20,000 because they settled out of court, because I had tape recorded them trying to frame me, they didn't want to rent to me because they thought I was Muslim so they lied about how I behaved on the telephone. These people are animals and you should avoid them. I'm not afraid of you owner Pat Gorham anytime you feel froggy jump because I'm waiting for you and nothing's going to shut me up fat boy.
