Excellent equipment, super-friendly service, and a perfect location. They make it so easy for guests to show up, sign-up, and get out on the water to enjoy a day kayaking. You probably won't even get wet if you don't want to.
They were nice and held onto my headphones for me after I left them behind on the checkout desk. 1hr 30min minimum, so expect to pay at least $36 for a single kayak. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and paying them another visit
After contacting several other shops, NWOC had a spray skirt in stock in the specific size needed for my kayak. It was quickly shipped out and I had it on paddling within a week. Good communications and service. Great shop to deal with.
Super welcoming! Annual passes are a great deal, highly recommended. Everyone is knowledgeable and have always been happy to help me. And kayaking on Lake Union never gets old. Overall, so happy a friend recommended NWOC to me last year. My only wish is that there were more locations to rent from.
