I recently had shoulder surgery. All of the staff are just truly amazing. They create a positive and friendly environment. As a patient, I felt very spoiled here. Dr. McDonald, the anesthesiologist, the nurses, the OR nurse, took their time to explain everything to myself, and my mother. They left us reassured that everything was going be fine, and it was. I have now had both hips replaced by Dr. Reichard. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and with the dramatic improvement in the quality of my every day life. Dr. Reichard is professional and has an exceptional personality and relatability to his patients. I’ve also chosen him to perform my knee replacement when the time comes.
