Nikki Perry at Northwest Orthopedics in Richland is about the only person who stands out to me. Not only was she kind and quick to help, she definitely goes above and beyond. Listening to her phone skills before I was even helped was really impressive. Receptionists at the Kennewick office don't even care to pick up a phone unless 16 minutes have passed. I very much appreciate Northwest Orthopedics. I see Dr. Black and Dr. West and for me they are both incredibly fine doctors. They both have great personalities and are easy to relate to and as far as I can tell, north they are both very knowledgeable. Dr. Black did surgery on my broken foot and what can I say? I can walk again normally. Dr. West? He takes care of my hips and knees with Cortizone and with both doctors… I suffer no pain. I highly recommend these doctors and this clinic. Healthy clean environment with a great Physician who is well suported by trained professional office and medical staff. They provided a paper print of office with clear phydician instructions.

The dr looked at my foot for 15 seconds said lets try a boot. meanwhile the boot is for flat footed people and doesnt fit on me right. Dr wouldn't know that though because he didnt even check, the nurse who didn't know anything, was rude shoved it on me, and cinched it down. See you in 4 weeks✌ Choose someone else if possible.

Backstory. My mother is a letter carrier that is about to retire after 30 years next month. Unfortunately this winter she slipped and fell in someone's driveway and broke her femur. After this incident she will most likely have to retire early which is not ideal.
