Although surprised at how long it takes for an implant, the staff has done an excellent job of explaining every step to me on each visit. The only hiccup was needing additional pain relief after the initial extraction after hours when I encountered some pushback from Dr. Kennedy. The assistants, Courtney, Erica and Alli, who have been by my side throughout this process have been caring and compassionate. Yesterday I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Byron Henry at the Worthington office and recommend him highly. Like many others any kind of dental work makes me nervous but he put my concerns to rest. I didn’t feel any discomfort either during or after the extraction. The staff are equally attentive and I received a follow up call this morning to find out how I was doing. All in all a very good experience! Thank you!
Our experience with Dr. Kennedy has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Kennedy removed a mass from inside my daughters lower gums. She is 6 and was terrified going in for surgery that morning. The entire staff was so nice and had her grinning while inserting her IV! All the while, Dr. Kennedy was addressing any last minute questions I had an verbally walking through everything with me one last time. I'll admit, having my mouth worked on is my least favorite thing and this goes way back to childhood. Today I had a procedure done by Dr. Henry with Kris, Erica and Courtney assisting. They made me comfortable, made sure I had all the information I needed on what to expect and helped me understand what to do and not to do after. They all did a great job and I appreciate the way they handled the whole thing in general. Thank you!!
