Absolute worst dental experience I have EVER had. Lived in California, Florida, and Oklahoma. Have been to numerous dentist and dental surgeons, and I haven never had such a terrible experience. Going in for my semi- annual cleaning, the technicians rush the cleaning. I expect cleanings to take at least 1 hour. Not less than 10 mins. Won’t assist with insurance or request appeals. Dr. Buchanan and his staff are amazing! Everyone that I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and kind. They each took time to answer my questions and ensure all my issues were addressed. I highly recommend you afford them the opportunity to provide your dental care.
