I am very disappointed to leave a 1 star review, but these last several months have definitely been horrible with this office. On 5/3/24, the office called me to tell me that there was a new medication that the doctor (Dr. Croak) was recommending for me to try. I had some questions on it, and they told me they would call me back with some answers. They never did. As a woman who'd rather not see a male Dr, Dr.Croak really made all worries fade away. He has great communication skills your not left with awkward silence and not only answered my questions but made sure we both was on the same level understanding eachother.
Absolutely the best in his specialty! We are so lucky to have Dr. Croak in the Toledo area. He is a specialist in both gynecology and urology. This makes him uniquely valuable in taking care of women who have problems that are connected to both areas. Dr Croak performed surgery on me to correct a couple of uro-gyn problems that afflict many of us women. He was confident, professional, very kind and, bonus, he has a great sense of humor!
