I recently attended a beginners' aerial silks class at NW Ninja Park and had a great time. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I'm a fairly active person but left the class with trembling muscles! Sally gave me a lot of individual attention and left me feeling both accomplished and challenged.
We had my sons 8th birthday party at Northwest Ninja Park and we had a blast! (Adults, too)! Thanks for the fun!
We love what Sloane has created with the Ninja Park. There is a challenge for every age and fitness level along with attentive and precise coaching on every obstacle from the warped wall to the aerial silks.
We took two 9 year olds and were super impressed with how the staff/coaches helped and cheered them on
