Should really put on your phone recording that your no longer expecting new patients and you only except private insurances. Waste of time and effort for people that were referred to this place by a doctor just to get told that you don't expect new patients. WARNING to others don't go here unless you're a millionaire or someone of importance they only care about your wallets
Came in for an appointment and the stuff up front were gossiping about an interaction with another patient. Very unprofessional. Signs in the office say to silence your phone and no texting, however I feel busy bees gossipping when I want to see the doctor is very distracting and unprofessional. I would like to add I love love Dr trivedi however his front staff the lady with the pink glasses is very rude. Very condescending and talk to you like you're stupid. She needs to go The staff he had a year ago was a lot better.
Dr. Trivedi truly cares about his patients and doing everything he can for them. His staff is great too.
The doctor is AMAZING, 10 STARS but the admin/accounting was the worst ever. I really hope he sees these comments about his unprofessional staff.
