The doctor is AMAZING, 10 STARS but the admin/accounting was the worst ever. I really hope he sees these comments about his unprofessional staff.
Dr. Ashish Trivedi is not only a very good Dr. He is a wonderful human being. Listens to his patients. Goes out of his way for his patients!
The doctor is nice the front staff persons are not great quality. I don't have a secondary insurance & was referred to them after a car accident. They expect me to prepay for my appointment & then wait to be reimbursed after the car insurance pays them. This defeats the purpose of having PIP coverage on your car insurance. The receptionist didn't tell us until we walked into the office. This is not right especially since there was a 1 hour drive.
