These people do not understand what healthcare is, and do not have the compassion or empathy needed to provide high quality care. I was dismissed from the practice due to "several no shows." I have never once no showed an appointment. Nor did I ever receive a letter informing me I was dismissed from the practice like they said they sent. So poorly ran, now I'm not sure what to do for migraine care. The receptionist told me they sent me a letter informing me I was dropped in October of 2025, (I never received said letter.) This place is so unorganized and unhelpful. It’s like pulling teeth to get anyone to call back, or come up with a treatment plan for my mom’s Alzheimer’s. Basically if you don’t qualify for their research meds you’re on your own! They might refer you to counseling…to treat Alzheimer’s. Not helpful at all. Greeley’s bedside manner and interaction with patients is absolutely awful!! This place used to have a great reputation I don’t know what happened
