This place is so unorganized and unhelpful. It’s like pulling teeth to get anyone to call back, or come up with a treatment plan for my mom’s Alzheimer’s. Basically if you don’t qualify for their research meds you’re on your own! They might refer you to counseling…to treat Alzheimer’s. Not helpful at all. Greeley’s bedside manner and interaction with patients is absolutely awful!! This place used to have a great reputation I don’t know what happened
I’ve been a patient at Northwest Neurological for years. The receptionists are lovely, the doctors are great listeners, and all of the assistants are kind.
Not good enough told me I do not belong there
The practitioners and front desk staff were wonderful! Everything else was past disturbing and so unprofessional that I still can't believe Dr. Greeley was aware of the situation. After being a patient for several years, and seeing several different practitioners, a mistake was made on my billing. Not realizing my secondary insurance hadn't been billed, I paid the difference. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Northwest Neurological. I was discharged from their care without warning or explanation, which says a lot about how this practice is run. Dr. Greeley, the neurologist I saw, had consistently poor bedside manner. He was dismissive, uninterested, and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient.
