After having to argue my way out of paying $285 twice because my daughter got passed to another doctor to re do the same procedure, our most recent experience is I was charged a $140 late cancellation fee on my credit card with no call and no explanation on my receipt. Though they have a cancellation policy clearly posted (so do most clinics but in 51 years I have never before had one charge it. We are all human. of all people, these doctors should know that.
