Bad experience overall. I’m a disabled Veteran and I purchased a 2019 F-350 from NW Motorsport in Spokane Valley. I needed a reliable vehicle to accommodate my disabilities. The sales staff were unprofessional and not upfront about the vehicle I purchased. I found out later it had been a rental and I would never have bought it. The truck has broken down 4 times in the 4 months, costing me about $2k. They claim to be Veteran friendly but it’s far from the truth.
