By helping people in need who have good insurance and do not need a consultation. Just need two teeth pulled asap. A receptionist who is customer friendly would be nice too.... 0 stars.
Dr. Matthias not only called at 430 pm to check on my son (after he had all four wisdom teeth out this morning), he did not seem the least bit irritated by being bothered on a Friday night bc my son could not stop vomiting. Within 10 mins of hanging up with the Dr, CVS was calling to tell me my son's prescription is ready. I cannot thank Dr. Matthias enough for the care and compassion he had for my son today!! I highly recommend this practice AND this Surgeon.
I can't Thank the entire staff and Dr. Gossett enough for the wonderful care today during my oral surgery. Everyone went above and beyond to take care of me and I truly appreciated it! From the minute I walked in, until they made sure I was ready to leave, I wasn't treated as a patient, I was treated like family.
