They deecided to close my file with my therapist in August rather then keeping it open as a just in case for 2-3 months and then try to get whole of their supervisor to get my file re opened with the therapist I was seeing there..... Supervisor is never near the phone and will NOT accept voicemails...... Worst mental health clinic ever
I think this place is great the staff are amazing and they have done so much to make my child feel heard and understood . Thank you to the whole team at the Northwest adolescence mental health. Thank you isn't even enough !!
I have been going to therapy here for almost 2 years now and I have had good results with help managing my issues
Tried to explain to the receptionist that I need to do my appointment by phone instead of in person as I'm looking after 4 animals due to an emergency in the family. Her response was "Too much information." It's like they want people to not use this service because AHS overloads them. But wow. This is a mental health clinic. Have some tact when you're patients are raw, reeling and need help.
I visited the gynecologist's office, and while the service was satisfactory, the furniture was quite outdated.
