I visited Northwest Medical Supplies to purchase a shower chair. I was greeted immediately and shown many different options. The young woman who helped me was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision and she took several chairs out for me to check out. It was a great shopping experience! Most importantly, my mom loves her new shower chair. Many thanks to Northwest Medical Supplies!
I am so glad I found Northwest Medical Supplies. I would not have recovered from my broken foot without them and the knee scooter. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. They made the whole process super easy and the price was very affordable too.
Just called them looking for a 3m littman cardiology IV stethoscope and they gave me a price of $300. Amazon priced at $165 brand new. They said the best they can do is $250. Makes no sense. I can get a fully digital littman for $300 brand new on Amazon. That’s 40x better than the cardiology IV. I think they need to revisit the pricing or else they would have gotten my business.
