This place is The worst place needs to be shut down. It’s expensive, and they didn’t even tell me what they were gonna charge me for. Or the co pay that I would later receive in the mail! the deductible as well. First of all my insurance should’ve covered it all, why was it $900. And then I owe $200 still. I’m not paying anything to this place And then every time the doctor calls me and I don’t answer because I’m not by my phone because I don’t run on their schedule,I have to call back and go through this five minute process... read more
The lady at the receptionist desk on the left needs to put some clothes on. A doctor's office is not the place to wear a tank top showing yourself. I'm sure she's proud of her big chest because she very heavy set, BUT people dont wanna see that when they go to the doctor. If she is dressed like that the next time I come, I'm not going back. It's not hard to present yourself professionally in a professional setting. Get some clothes on!!!!!
Laura in billing is incredibly disrespectful. I see I got a missed call this morning (no caller id) I call them back saying I got a missed call and was met with “Well who are you, I don’t know your name” instead of a simple Hi this is Laura at billing for Northwest. Laura make sure you are taking notes on how to speak to people. Terrible service, I will happily hang up in your face if I don’t receive basic respect. Friendly staff, but this is the longest wait for labs I have ever seen. Hire more or someone new and faster for God's sake
