The front desk staff talked amongst themselves ignoring me most of the time they checked me in. I waited 30 minutes to go back and another 30 minutes to see the doctor.
None of the staff seem to communicate with each other, I have avoided going because every time I go I sit there for hours. I'm not going back and I know a lot of people that used to go but have run into the same things I have there. A REAL doctor takes the time to listen to you. A REAL doctor treats you like a person not a number. Those qualities are hard to find in a doctor. They are few but they do exist.
Dr. Minton and the entire staff are absolutely the greatest! You don't feel like you're being ran through an assembly line when you're there. Dr. Minton takes his time, listens to you, is always so pleasant ~ and he knows what he's doing. Having the pharmacy right there on site is an added bonus (who feels like running all over town when you're sick?). And the pharmacist takes time to answer your questions about your meds. i used to go to MIKE CARTLIDGE , but he isnt a real dr , but the rest are okay ...
