Ever since Dr Mirochna moved into this office the service is terrible. The office staff does not care about the patient and fails to relay messages to the doctor and back to the patient. The patient is the least significant person in the staff’s daily tasks. Blaming the doctor for failing to communicate back to the patient (regardless of outcome) is inexcusable to tell the patient.
Avoid. I walked in due to severe arm pain. I asked right way if they do xrays. They said yes. I saw the NP. She looked at my arm and gave me a referral. No xray. Must have been out of spite or I hurt their ego by asking for one. I have no idea. My pcp was astonished an urgent care wouldn't do an xray at the very least. Ended up being severe case of 3 herniated discs digging into my spine. Had to have surgery. The female NP here basically dismissed my concerns. I am a female too. Shame on her.
