My mom had dementia. Dr Nogales would say what you want me to do? She should know and had my mom on medication she did not need. My mom was far in her dementia stage. One day my dad took her to Dr Nogales appointment and my dad was taking my mom out of car and she fell. It was a struggle to get her in the wheelchair and dad had to pick her up. Dr. Nogales is not a good doctor. She has been my doctor for over 10+ years and I am just not happy with her. Every time I see her I leave frustrated and feeling like none of my concerns were met. I do not feel as if my concerns are being heard by her and she brushes me off. I've told her about how I've been feeling down multiple times and she tells me to exercise and do yoga, which I already do yoga weekly. Her wait times to be seen are ridiculous, you have to wait a minimum of 2 hours to be seen by her for maybe 10 minutes... read more
Good doctor. Horrible wait times.
Dr. Nogales seems to be a good doctor. However her wait times are outrages. The times I have taken my mother in law for an appointment was no less than an hour just to get in a room. The most recent visit was 2 hours before going into a room. I don’t care how good you are, it is rude and unacceptable for anyone to think it’s ok to have these wait times. Someone needs to take over the scheduling for her practice!!
She listens to what you have to say she is kind and is a good doctor I feel very comfortable with her
