Dr. Nogales is rude, unprofessional, and has poor time management skills. If I had the option to place a 0 star, I would have selected that option. After having my app at 3:30pm, I was called in at about 4:45pm. Then, after I went into the room, this dr. walks in at 5:20pm. I was supposed to have a physical, blood work, and I specifically asked for a TB. I didn't get any of that. She denied ordering a more specific blood work for me. Dr. Nogales is an amazing doctor who I have been seeing for so many many years. I have followed her to this new location and I must say she is the only doctor that listens to me and actually cares. She saved my husband's life by discovering what was wrong with him after so many other doctors failed him.
My mom had dementia. Dr Nogales would say what you want me to do? She should know and had my mom on medication she did not need. My mom was far in her dementia stage. One day my dad took her to Dr Nogales appointment and my dad was taking my mom out of car and she fell. It was a struggle to get her in the wheelchair and dad had to pick her up. Dr. Nogales is not a good doctor. She has been my doctor for over 10+ years and I am just not happy with her. Every time I see her I leave frustrated and feeling like none of my concerns were met. I do not feel as if my concerns are being heard by her and she brushes me off. I've told her about how I've been feeling down multiple times and she tells me to exercise and do yoga, which I already do yoga weekly. Her wait times to be seen are ridiculous, you have to wait a minimum of 2 hours to be seen by her for maybe 10 minutes... read more
