I was referred here by my primary care physician for a sleep study. I had the sleep study done in early March and didn’t hear back from them with my results until June - almost 3 months later. I made attempts to contact them during those 3 months and was not able to get in contact with anyone. I met both doctors. The first did my EMG and was in a rush to be done with me. (It took months to get in to get the test). He said I definitely need an appointment with a neurologist and referred me to the other neurologist. She said I may have plantar fasciitis (I don't), chiropractors are dangerous, and there was nothing she could do. So, I was back to square 1. A close friend of mine attempted to make an appointment at NW Medical after getting referred by his main doc. I was present when he was on the phone with the receptionist and although he was very patient and polite she was not. She disconnected the call without warning and when he called back she acted like it was the end of the call... Very unprofessional.
