Wouldn't recommend them if they were the last place in the area. Referred by pain managment because I have a tonsiller ectopia we think is causing vision issues on my right eye. They left a voicemail then I tried calling back for at least 4 days after that phone either wouldn't ring at all or no one answered. Finally got through to them, said we'd send your info back to whoever to view then we can schedule your appointment. I was referred here by my primary care physician for a sleep study. I had the sleep study done in early March and didn’t hear back from them with my results until June - almost 3 months later. I made attempts to contact them during those 3 months and was not able to get in contact with anyone. Now, finally in contact with them, it’s like pulling teeth to get to the next step as communication seems to only exist with them once a week, if not less. Their customer service is awful. I met both doctors. The first did my EMG and was in a rush to be done with me. (It took months to get in to get the test). He said I definitely need an appointment with a neurologist and referred me to the other neurologist. She said I may have plantar fasciitis (I don't), chiropractors are dangerous, and there was nothing she could do. So, I was back to square 1.
