They refused to refill my birth control (that is always automatically refilled) without being seen by the doctor first, but she’s not available until a month away. I asked if I was expected to go without birth control for an entire month and they said yes and offered no solution. I am finding a new doctor because that is ridiculous and unacceptable. So, it took me a while to make this post as I had to get over the trauma that was induced upon me by false allegations made by staff at Northwest Medical group.
