I would like to highly praise and thank an employee who was on duty at the NW Medical Center, Springdale, Ark location on Wednesday, October 16 at approximately 12:30 p.m. I was sent there from my doctor's office to have a chest x-ray. This employee, who was a technician, took me in immediately, performed the x-ray, and then wheeled me in a wheelchair out to my car afterward, because of my breathing problems.
