My dad came in for severe back pain today with partial paralysis. They had him sitting in a chair and wouldn't give him anything or do anything to sooth this pain. After hours of not seeing anyone my dad was in so much pain and frustration he said something. They just booted him out and called the cops on him. What kind of "hospital" would kick someone out who is going through severe pain and paralysis??? When people hurt very bad and are in so much pain they are not easy to deal with. Just had my second baby delivered here. I absolutely love every staff member. Very devoted and passionate in what they do! Not one person has ever been rude or snobby here. I will always deliver here if I happen to have any more � -Ashley
Worst ER ever~I would give it a zero if there was one......Dr.James Holden would not even take my dog to him. If you are checking this out find a different hospital.
The problem is with their billing practices, if you pay for services such as an mri it should be readable by a specialist and when it is not they should refund the money. In what other industry do they charge for services rendered while doing nothing? If the MRI was unreadable then what service were we paying for? If your car has a problem and you take it in for diagnostics and they say there was an error on their machine so they can not do diagnostics, do they charge you anyways? I would like to thank my surgeon Dr. Loyo and all the kind caring people during my surgery. I, also, want to thank the wonderful nurses during my recovery. Lara, Richard, and Andrea are the greatest. There are other that I can't remember their names that were kind and helpful. Thank you, all!
This was the most horrible experience I have EVER HAD!!! my nurse Bj and doctor Brittney was both horrible and extremely rude to me and my family. Never again. Will I walk in those doors for northwest.. I will go to mercy from now on!!
Took a dear friend to ER last night. He could've been dismissed as well those symptoms are part of the radiation game. But they listened to our concerns and found severe bronchitis. So impressed with the thorough timely care he got. Now he can get back in the saddle soon. Love you John Wayne
The ER staff isn't very good at this hospital, I've been there a couple times, but I had a complete different experience in labor and delivery. It was amazing. All the nurses are so attentive and nice, never making you feel dumb for false alarms (which I had three of). When it came time to deliver, everyone was on top of everything and so involved. My baby ended up having to stay in the NICU there for 7 days and the hospital let me stay in a room the whole time my baby was there, even though I was discharged. I'm very happy ... read more
