I was a 78 yr old patient in the ER laying in the hallway and heard screaming. "Lay down " Security came rushing by my bed. My husband and I heard later someone had overdosed and was violently kicking,hitting and spitting on the ER staff. This was terrifying to listen to because we didn't know what was going to happen and we didn't feel safe. Did the person have a weapon? Was hospital security armed? Tis five-star review if for the care team that provided compassionate and expert care fo rmy mother. Nurses Molly, Kizzy, Shae and Dominique were kind, compassionate, attentive and gave expert care. Also, Laura the Nurse Practitioner was amazing!!
the wors service ever they threat you like garbage never sees something like that I was Bleeding from my nose they didn't do anything and medical staff they are completely lost they even couldn't put a cast never seen something like that I believe any poor country that better service than that people plus really expensive they dont care i seen people almost dying and they dont care at all. worst hospital in the area.
My son is currently in the behavioral health unit. God this place is absolutely horrible. Every staff member is rude, argumentative, and dismissive. Staff has attitudes for absolutely no reason. My son is normally a patient of Children's and unfortunately there were no beds there, so he was transported to Grandview. I wouldn't bring my animals to Grandview if that was the only option. I underwent a PFA Ablation procedure by Dr. Gustavo Morales on the 3rd February 2025. It was the most professional experience I have had in any medical facility. I was not referred to as the 'patient in Ward 3' but by name and the honorific 'Sir.' That is important in making the patient feel at ease and to know that the staff takes an interest in the patient's welfare. Dr. Morales was excellent and the procedure was completely a success. I was taken to the Emergency room at Alliance Health Durant for heart issues. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and treated me with quality care in trying to diagnose the problem. DR. Harrington and all nursing staff were very attentive to my needs. I had several tests done before being admitted and all the personnel from the lab, radiology and admitting were stellar in their assigned duties. I was at north west, won't say why until I make a complaint with hippa it's one most mismanaged hospital the nurses were as rude as I have ever seen. The doctors disrespected me. But if you say something could be felony so instead of getting in trouble go and get some help call Hippa they can do something about what the problem is. Hippa makes these hospitals do things right, and they will take your complaints, don't let them bully you aroud only gave star to get reviewe there is no star for them
Don’t go to this Medical Center unless you have a lot of disposable income. My son went in there for a cough and I got a $2400 bill!! A COUGH! They did many unnecessary tests to drive up the bill. Do yourself a favor and go to an urgent care.
