We overall did not have a great experience here and will be choosing a different hospital if/when we have another kid. My wife was not impressed with the staff and the way they took care of us. We received word that our baby was cleared of all tests and that we could leave around noon and did not get discharged until 6pm. Our nurse on staff didn't check in on us when they were supposed to. I went to the re last wk flu to you like symptoms. Told them 2 co workers had the you. They didn't ask about aches didn't check temp, NO FLU SWAB!? I was sent home with a sinus infection. I have emailed the ER director and she will not respond by email. She called and I requested she respond by email but she will not. This is not my first issue with this place. With Covid 19 going on you would think they would test and be careful.
RecommendedI visited the maternity ward with my daughter and son-in-law. She is due in May 2020 and I was very impressed by the beautiful rooms.

Great with pediatric emergencies! Fast and caring.
The staff was outstanding. From the volunteers who escorted us where we needed to go to the clinicians who prepared me for the procedure and the physician who implanted the port, everyone was caring and professional.
Really don’t wanna go into it....however I do not recommend it
Send me my CT test results that I've been trying to get for more than 3 months. After multiple phone calls and release form submissions I have nothing. Hopefully I don't have medical issues that were uncovered during this test and should have been getting treatment for over the last 3 months.It's just unbelievable.
I do not rate any hospital that tends to shy away and hide from questions like northwest are so good at doing and that is ,hiding and not stepping up to answer questions being asked. All they are good at is deleting the problem but northwest have the problem not Annette Vale or khadeja ishaq
