I can not say enough nice words about NW Medical Center, Bentonville! Information was released that the COVID-19 vaccine would available at NW Medical Center, Bentonville to those over 65 on Monday 01/18/2021 beginning at 7:00 am until supply was given out. I arrived early (6:45) and directed to join the line of people ahead of me. I stay here in October of 2018 I stayed here for 3 days and 3 nights for a brown spider bit they took such good good care of me day and night

Totally caring and professional.
nurses are hateful as well as the doctors. no need to treat people poorly just because they keep having to come in because of PICC line problems.
didn't like that my mom had to do her heart cath surgery completely alone we had to wait in the car but other than that they were very polite
Very compassionate and pleasant staff as well as caring doctors. What stood out most is that they were not only very kind to patients but so respectful toward one another. I just got home after a couple of nights and it was by far the most pleasant hospital stay I've ever had. I hate hospitals usually and always try to leave early but this wasn't one of those "get me outta here" experiences. Highly recommended.
