I just called to reschedule an intake and the lady that answered was rude , I am an RN and work Home Health and there is a thing called customer care and compassion, maybe the people that answer need to be trained on how to treat patients , at the end of conversation she told me , have a good day and when I was going to answer you too she hung up on me It is going to be my first visit but so far it has not be pleasant
