Technician (Blake Dornay) did a great job diagnosing the concerns and employing an appropriate remedy!
Absolutely the worst company. Verbally abusive and entitled. They got involved in an unrelated part of the project and sent a public nasty note to the city about our personal property development plans. Absolutely DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I felt belittled, controlled, bullied and unsafe working with them. There are better contractors available who have much more polished customer interaction hygiene and do a great job.
I needed a system upgrade from my triangle tube (Rip triangle tube). Working with Brennan, we made a plan to get the house and water warm again. You couldn’t ask for a better crew than what Northwest Mechanical sent out. Chris, Javier, and Bayar were all 💯 professional, respectful to me and my home, educated me about my new boiler. 10/10.
Worst customer service. And worst "emergency" service. Nobody called me back.
Company wanted $5k for a like-for-like water heater warranty swap. This included a $450 non-refundable fee for an emergency visit (during regular work hours) that included zero work, besides a ridiculous estimate being provided. Estimates from another two local companies (Fast Water Heater and Overlake HVAC) came out to less than half this amount. Went with one of these instead and they did a phenomenal job.
