Wow! Where do I start? Kyle is a true life saver!! After having another companies “professional” come out and misdiagnose the issue with our heat, the whole system stopped working while he was “waiting for a part for a few days”. Kyle came out, and within 5 minutes was able to correctly diagnose the system and it was fixed in minutes. No part nessisary!! You can tell the great reps vs the bozos and Kyle is no bozo!! Kyle from NW Mechanical came out on a Service call. Not only was he fast, efficient and clearly had deep knowledge of the boiler system in place, but was very patient with my questions. He fixed it rapidly and had great suggestions on how to maintain properly. Highly recommend the team from NW Mechanical. They have consistency across their team and everyone who has come out has been highly competent. Great and well run company.

Found a slow leak where in-floor heating tubes connect to a brass distributor. I needed someone to come out before I flew out of state for a while the following week. The guy arrives and says “it is $200 just for us to drive out here.” I say ‘the person who booked my appointment told me it was $150’. So he calls office, then says ok we’ll honor that. They look at the leaky area and say it is a leaky o-ring washer, not sure i have the right size. But he says he has a similar part in the truck which probably has the right size... read more
