Used to go to Oil Express in Des Plaines for the past 25 years UNTIL today. Drove past North West Lube and decided to check their reviews. The reviews were solid! Here is the difference and I told the technician. Basically, they are professional and OLD SCHOOL. Meaning: they are NOT going to upsell, they ACTUALLY clean the windows and VACUUM the car which is a total bonus.
