We had a great experience buying a house from Betenbough. Kagan was wonderful to work with and helped us go through all our options since we were purchasing a new home from out of state. We couldn't be more pleased with our new home and how beautiful and well built it is!

Betenbough is a great company to start for a home. They are very sweet and make you feel welcomed from the beginning. The process was so easy it seemed like for my first home. I greatly appreciate it.
I purchased their Tanya plan (after build) in September 2025, because it was the perfect size & configuration for me (3-bed, 2-bath with a 2-car garage) and the common area is 525 square feet and includes an actual dining room (adjacent to the kitchen) which allows me to still see my television on my living room wall. The finishes are awesome, too, with natural Granite countertops throughout, and luxury vinyl plank flooring (I had the carpet in the bedrooms removed).
