I purchased their Tanya plan (after build) in September 2025, because it was the perfect size & configuration for me (3-bed, 2-bath with a 2-car garage) and the common area is 525 square feet and includes an actual dining room (adjacent to the kitchen) which allows me to still see my television on my living room wall.
