Zero stars, or negative stars, would be a more accurate rating. Took my Toro lawnmower in for repair 2 weeks ago. They called to tell me the compressor is not working and it is not worth repairing. I have been without a lawnmower all spring and they take 2 weeks to diagnose it as not repairable. I had taken my mower to this shop for years when it was Kipps and they always repaired it and never advised it wasn't worth repairing, which would be my decision to make, not theirs. Horrible place
Just stopped by to get my small engine repair for my pit bike. The mechanics work fast and they're work is outstanding. The customer service of the front is very professional. I would highly suggest going to this shop if you live in the Chicago land area.
