They are so helpful and easy to work with.
Bought a snow blower from them a couple years ago, wanted to help small local business. Last winter they fixed a leak and performed a tune up On the machine which was not used after the tune up. We noticed an oil leak and took it back. They tighten a loose gasket, their mistake and charged us for that. Very disappointing.
Awesome place for your lawn or snow repairs. They also have great deals on new equipment. Landscapers will love them because they are open on Sundays. They have helped me out right away when I had a problem with my lawn mower. Northwest you guys rock!!
Just WOW!! I’ve passed by this business plenty of times, but never had the opportunity to use them until today. I needed a tire repaired for my snowblower, and they had the innertube and installed it onto my wheel in less than 10 minutes. GUY, the gentleman at the service desk got me in and out in no time. Definitely five star service. I will be coming back.
I really like these guys. They started servicing my equipment last year, including free pickup and delivery, and I was very pleased with both the quality and speed of the service. I just bought a new riding lawnmower from them and am very happy with how the whole sales and delivery process went. I would recommend them to anyone looking for lawn equipment service (including snowblowers) or new equipment.

These guys are great to deal with. I brought in my Powersmart lawn mower which was 2 months old and it threw a belt. While the mower was under warranty, I guess belts are not covered. These guys waived the charge for me. Leading into the holidays, this was welcome news. I had been going to Carol Stream Lawn and Power, but I just switched all my business to Northwest Lawn and Power. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys!
